Keys Country is a small, friendly office by choice. We judge our growth by the number of people we are able to serve rather than the number of sales persons we can add to the roster.

Keys Country Realty, Inc. was established in 1984. Our sales staff is comprised of long time residents who are knowledgeable, personable and eager to help you. You can reach someone in our office by telephone, fax, web-site, or e-mail, or even in person if you are in the area.

Keys Country's agents are well qualified to assist you whether you are purchasing a home or selling it. Our Broker Lowell T. Donofrio or any of our agents will give you a free market analysis of your home, business or property.

If you are interested in buying or selling residential or business property, contact Keys Country Realty.

Ellie and Lowell moved to the Keys in 1977 with there 3 children. We have been involved with building, real estate and development in the Keys for the last 30 years. Our goal is to be there for any of you real estate needs whether buying or selling.

I'm proud to say I am a true "conch" born and raised in the Florida Keys. Now, with my husband Brian and my two children I look forward to sharing all the luxuries the Florida Keys has to offer with them as they grow up.

Following in the foot steps of family members, I always knew Real Estate was my calling.

Since I've been an active member of the Florida Keys Board of Realtors I have been fortunate to hold my license here with Keys Country Realty and Development, Inc. It is rewarding to be part of a firm that deals fairly and honestly and, most importantly, works together to get the job done.

I have been doing real estate in the Florida Keys since 1997. Before moving to the Keys I lived in the Miami area for 26 years. Whether buying or selling, I am with you from the time you list or buy until you go to the closing table. My motto is, "Personal Service and Attention to Detail".

Depending on the market, I sell between 10 and 30 homes a year. I would love to work with you to sell your home or to find you the home of your dreams.

Martha Carter moved from North Carolina to the Florida Keys in 1990. In 1994, she married a Keys native, and determined that she would not live anywhere elsee, but Paradise. A bartender since she was 18, Martha loves to work with people, and derives a tremendous sense of satisfaction from the happiness of her customers.

Martha, her husband Todd, and sons Kalen & Gray live and play in Key Largo.

Escaping from a scandalous career in the music business, John set sail from Newport, R.I. to the Florida Keys.

Arriving in December, 1980, he started a sailing school and went broke in a year and a half. Job opportunities were limited and the thought of bartending or fishing didn't seem suitable so John learned to help make and install kitchen cabinets. While on his hands and knees, installing a kitchen in the local real estate appraiser's home, the appraiser offered him a job.

In 1987, John started a real estate career as a residential real estate appraiser and in 1995 received his real estate broker's license.

John has a daughter and grandson who live in Montreal, Canada who gave him a reason to be very cold for short periods of time.

When not practicing real estate he can be found in his beachfront vacation rental house on the island of Eleuthera, Bahamas.

Although scandal and infamy are things of the past, he still enjoys sailing as much as he did in 1980.

Lynn began her Real Estate career in a suburb of Chicago where she was recognized as a Top Sales Producer for local new construction builders. She also has past experience as a Loan Officer from working at LaSalle Bank, Norwest Mortgage and Wells Fargo.

People are the most important part of Lynn’s profession. Her unique ability to take a complicated transaction and make it as stress free and enjoyable as possible has added up to success for her clients. While the ability to put you at ease is important, it is just as vital to have the technical skill and knowledge of the Real Estate market. Lynn has both.

When making one of the most important decisions of your life, you need an agent who is on the cutting edge of the industry. Combining good old fashioned hard work with innovative ideas about real estate, Lynn represents the finest in service. If you are looking for results, instead of promises call Lynn today. Keys Country Realty And Development, Inc. is fortunate to have her enthusiastic, free spirited personality working on our team.

"We consider Keys Country Realty and Development Inc. a real Ma & Pa operation to service our customers with a family personal touch."
